The group OMEVA (acronym of Optimization and Variational Methods) is a research group of Departmento de Matemáticas, INEI, in Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha at Ciudad Real, making an effort in research on vector variational problems, nonlocal variational problems and optimal design and topology optimization problems. The research scope of the group goes from mathematical analysis questions to applied optimization problems, sometimes in collaboration with other research groups in Engineering, passing through numerical simulation and computing for optimization problems.
