Research interests


Research is focused on mathematical modelling of convection problems with constant and temperature-dependent viscosities and their applications to subduction motion and tectonics plates; the study of hydrodynamic instabilities and bifurcations; mathematical and physics volcanoes modelling; statistical applications; and partial differential equations and improvement of numerical tools as POD and Reduced Basis methods.
